Have you heard of the Perspective Cards? They are survey type tool that helps you get into a deep, meaningful spiritual conversation. It helps give valuable time to listen and understand to where someone is coming from before sharing the truth with them. A biggie in our culture. (Of course that doesn't mean we don't share just because people have a felt need to be listened to. It's both, listen and share.)
