Brag on God Friday

Not About Me November Challenge

We exist for the glory of God, to display His heart and character to the world. What a gift! But when we are so self-focused and consumed by what is going on in our lives we so easily get our eyes off Christ.

I mentioned last week that I am starting a new series in November called it's Not About Me November leading up to Thanksgiving. I am excited to see how being intentional to take everything I write about back to how it reveals God's heart and character, how it's really All About Him. And I'm excited for God to come through on His promise of making me more like Him as I behold Him.

I invite you to take the challenge of writing on the topic of it's Not About Me or writing about what you normally write about but brining back  to how its all about God.

What a great way to prepare your heart to focus on the Lord leading into the holidays.

Starting November 1st, every weekday till Thanksgiving I will be hosting a place for you to link up your posts.  And then go ahead and tweet your post with #NotAboutMeNovember

Over the weekend I will make a side bar button for the challenge. I'll put it up on monday.

And PS- The challenge is primarily about bringing each post you write back to how it's not about us. (So if you don't blog everyday, don't feel pressured by that.)
