The very last day of the Creation Revealing the Glory of God series has finally arrived. I hope you have enjoyed it as much as I have. Truly creation is revealing the glory of God. (Rom.1:20)

So you might be wondering what's next.
Next week I am going to start a one week series on something I get super excited about. Something I think has potential to be used by God to ignite the biggest revival this world has ever seen. Social media. I am going to get very practical on how to use it to reach and influence people for Christ. This video is amazing! No wait... AMAZING! Have you seen it? Well, if not, you will probably wonder why you are watching this most of the video but stick it out because by the end, you will be amazed.

But really, without watching it, the rest of my post just wont make sense. so push play, you wont regret it.

Did you guys catch the crocodile!? Have you seen anything like that!?
This crazy scene in creation gives us a very clear picture of what believers in Christ need to be like. What a picture of how we have got to fight for each other. The enemy wants to single us out, isolate us and devour us. But not only us, our brothers and sisters in Christ. He wants to keep us, and then from being effective and contributing the unique gifting they have to offer.

Just like the herd, we have to be willing to get out of our comfort zones and step into dangerous places to defend and protect each other.

The world will know Jesus is God by our love for one another. That is flat out mind blowing and convicting. By our love, our unselfishly choosing for another's highest good. We have got to stand with each other (even other believers we have maybe never met) and believe the best about them.

When was a time you've seen a believer defend and fight for another believer even if they didn't totally agree with the person? How did it make you feel/think?

What believer in your life is like the baby water buffalo?

How can you fight for them?

I love that video!

Between videos and movies, we become so accustomed to seeing staged dramatizations. It's really cool to see live footage of such an amazing real-life event.

While watching the video, I couldn't help but remember how my testimonies blog Minister of Mercy came to being.

Bishop Samuel Smith, the Chairman of Apostolic World Christian Fellowship and our beloved pastor's very close friend, posted in their website about Christians being ministers of mercy, not only to the unsaved but also to those within the Church. He cited a most painful fact that when a sister or a brother fails, it's the brethren themselves who "punch and kick" the poor soul until he's half-dead, just like the man traveling from Jericho. How do they do that? By gossiping and judging.

Just like what the herd of water buffalo displayed, let us fight for our beloved brethren.

I saw that video for the first time a few weeks ago. You are spot on! We as believers HAVE to help and hold each other up. My own marriage was almost destroyed by an affair two years ago. Thankfully it was redeemed by God's mighty hand, and we feel called now to help other people in their marriages so they don't end up like we did. Thank you for this powerful reminder!

Oh, wow!!! That was amazing! I LOVE the lesson you put with this and think it's so true. The world needs to see us standing united, loving one another, working together as a team! Can you imagine how God would work through that?!

No kidding! How incredible it is when non-believers see us talking good about each other behind backs (instead of the opposite) esp. other believers we don't personally know. That is shocking for anyone to see, causing someone to stand back and think, Wow.

Wow! It was certainly worth watching! And it did give a clear picture of how we can be strong as a body of believers, how we should fight for each other, and not leave the weak ones (well even the strong) to fend for themselves. We're fighting a real enemy! Our community is part of a community of communities and there was a prophecy some years ago that we were to be a "bulwark". Indeed the battle is very real but it was won for us already! Praise God!
