Just want to thank you, Laura, for all your hard work. In addition to leading Women's Ministry at a very fast-growing church plant in Tampa, Florida, I also lead a non-profit where I still minister cross-culturally (following 12 years of ministering in the Middle East.)

Both of these endeavors take much time and energy. So any creative and practical ideas I can get to help me in ministry in order to use my time most effectively, I am thrilled with!

Your works are impressive, your purpose is obvious and you demonstrate that God deserves "excellence" in everything we do for Him. I am a Pastor's Wife. To be clear, I was a minister of music/musician for 40 years and now my husband of 48 years has been made Pastor.

The pandemic has brought many challenges to keeping our women connected. But it has inspired my husband and I to reach more inwardly (inreach) as we proceed to gradually get back into our churches. We have no fear of returning, but my husband is simply not going back into our church until the Lord tells him to. Lives are at stake and he must obey God rather than give in to the demands of people who want to get back into our building and do the SAME THING that we have been doing that God was NOT PLEASED with before the pandemic. This has given us time to reflect on what actually matters and what is effective for the growth of our members. I find that people miss "culture" more than the actual Word of God.

Anyway, the Women's Ministry has been passed to me, and I want to give it my all. I have seen first hand how women who are neglected in ministry can turn away from people and from God. Fortunately, I was able to intercede when I saw the error of others. I look forward to taking your course soon.
