On Monday July 7th, Willow Grace Krokos came into the world via c-section at a whopping 10 pounds. Everything went incredibly smoothly and we were released from the hospital just this afternoon. I'm pretty tired, so I'll just leave you with some pictures of our now family of 7. The top left picture makes me crack up... the realistic side of 5 kids 7 and under (Asher's turned 7 today!) Faith Filled Friday Blog Link Up We exist to glorify God, to display His heart and character. And I just love how we are all uniquely built to do that. Congratulations! I prayed for you after reading your email about the upcoming c-section. I'm glad you are all home and well. I've four kids and, trust me, it gets easier as they get older. We don't have any terrible teens (3 of them are now teenagers). Thanks for sharing the sweet photos! God bless!

Thank you!!! It was neat how The Lord led us to the name. We wanted a unique, something from the Bible, and had a cool meaning name and had a giant list but nothing we both really liked. Then we thought maybe we should think about what God is doing in our life right now and if there is a theme. The theme was willing for we have many directions we could go with various things but we are willing to do whatever He wants of us. Then as we were praying Willow popped in my husbands mind and he checked to see if it was in the Bible and sure enough it was Willow branchesThank you!!! It was neat how The Lord led us to the name. Laura, Willow is beautiful!! And might I just add, YOU look beautiful, too - and after a C-section!! I admire you so much. May God continue to heal you as you recover in these next few weeks, and may He bring much joy (and some sleep?!) to your whole family.

Congratulations on your precious new baby! I have a friend with a daughter named Willow. I just love the name. May your family continue to be blessed. 5 children aged 7 and under is quite a task! I had that for awhile, but they were all foster children who are no longer with me. I wish you every blessing over the weekend. BTW- I totally LOVE the picture with the kids not smiling. Such a real moment of trying to get siblings to sit still long enough for a photo. So sweet.
