Faith Filled Friday

Don't you just love when God gives you ah-ha moments!? I think that has got to be one of my favorite things. I've had a handful of them in the last week, which that in itself if grace since life at the Krokos home has been even more wild than normal. It can probably be compared to a tornado. Kids, stuff and people going every which direction as we just put our house on the market as a step of faith toward moving to Durango, the location of our ministries headquarters. So here in the whirlwind, a still small voice. Grace!

Here's one of my ah-ha moments from the Lord. 
The other night during a showing our family went to chick-fila and we took the Family Cell Phone Challenge. They gave us a little coop for our cell phones and if the whole family goes the entire meal without getting on their cell phones, everyone gets an ice cream. Isn't that a fun idea! This challenge reminds me of Matthew 6:33, "Seek first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added to you as well." Chick-fila aims to serve their local community in which restaurants operate and I have seen this over and over from them setting up mother son date knights, father daughter date nights and donating free food to the people donating blood for the night club shooting. So here they are, serving families by challenging them to stay off thier cell phone and afterward I shared about it on facebook, free advertising! When we aim to do what the Lord has called us to do, the other stuff gets thrown in. 

​We exist to glorify God, to display His heart and character. And I just love how we are all uniquely built to do that.
