Faith Filled Friday

Happy Friday, everyone! We just wanted to take a second and thank you for linking up with us! What a blessing to have you here each week! 

So, I wanted to tell you a quick funny story. Have you ever done something embarrassing? I somehow find myself in situations that make my cheeks red with embarrassment a lot.....and I mean A LOT!

Until I graduate school and hopefully join staff with Master Plan Ministries, I work for local sports teams in Denver-in a department with all men. Sitting there, waiting for the first quarter to finish, I got a text from Laura. It was just a picture, but a picture I had been waiting for! 

Unfortunately, I saw the picture and audibly, in the girly-est of ways said "OOOHH!!! They look so good!!!" 

Unfortunately...again, that was right after my co-worker pointed out a group of guys watching the game all wearing santa hats. 

It sounded like I was talking about the group of guys!

And, of course, as I tried to explain that I was talking about the Connect Cards and their finalized design... I sounded frazzled as if I was making the whole story up! The men that I work with gave me a hard time and the embarrassment-red eventually went away.
