So you blog. I think that means it's also likely you're on pinterst. I hope so because I could use your thoughts. First of all I'm a fan of pinterest. Being an organizer/lots of ideas person I am so grateful for a place I get put stuff outside of my brain to give me a little bit of breathing room. Though pinterest is not all good, I'm grateful to get to benefit from the wisdom of people all over the world. But... there's a problem and I would love your help. For quite some time there's be a handful (two in particular) of very popular pins that have been repinned many times a day. You've probably seen them. But recently they've virtually disappeared and I have no idea why. They pinned to this site and totally organically and I've not done anything to break their rules. But for some reason Pinterst deleted almost all of them. So this is what I suspect. You can report a pin that is "misleading" or "offensive". I wonder if someone reported it because Jesus offends them? (But then again I live in Colorado where 95% of the people are unchurched and we deal with stuff like this quite often. Like when we put up posters for an outreach we were doing on a college campus there's been multiple instances of people tearing the posters down because they were offended, even a professor!) But maybe I'm just reading into it. Maybe they have good reason for deleting all the repins?? I've emailed them a couple of times and haven't heard back. So, can you help me? Have you heard about this happening before? Do you have any idea of what I should do? Thanks for your thoughts! Here's my pinterest boards if you want to repin them. *** Update. So, I don't know if it's because of your support or what but I got an email from pinterest saying the ticket is closed and now things are showing up again. How awesome!! Thanks friends!!! We exist to glorify God, to display His heart and character. And I just love how we are all uniquely built to do that. So every Friday I want to give you, uniquely designed by God, an opportunity to link up your thoughts on God, art, baking, photography, parenting, marriage, homeschooling, writing or blogging and more if they tie into or display the Lord somehow. Here's how it works. 1. Link up as many blog posts as you want below by clicking the link below and following the prompts. (Perhaps think of old posts you want more exposure to as well as new ones.) 2. Let your readers know by including a link at the bottom of your post (or somewhere on your side bar) or paste my button code (found below and on the side bar). 3. Take a minute to comment on another sweet lady's post. About Laura Laura, the creator and host of Missional Women is married and has five kids, two of whom are adopted. Haha about the counter. I didn't think to check the count. Great idea! I just searched under "ministry" and "women's ministry" and they didn't show up. I saw they were on my boards but figured they must have been deleted everywhere else so that is encouraging they are still other places!! Thank you for letting me know! I'll have to check count... Seems so obvious but sometimes so little details for a sleep deprived mama don't come natural. ;)

Hate when things like this happen or social media changes and we are not sure what is happening. Anyway I clicked and pinned them.

I have no idea what any of you are talking about. I don't really get Pinterest, but I do get the times we are living in right now. When I read your comment about posters being ripped down, I just said, "Ugh" right out loud. So sad. I hope you figure it out, Laura!

Hey, Thanks for the encouraging words today :) I shared your pins on my account, it is very odd that they are deleting them, i have seen some that are more than offensive alive and active so I really hope they are not taking away your freedom to religion. I would love it if you could follow me back my URL is http://www.pinterest.com/trendingmama/ Thanks so much! I have missed hanging out over here :)

I haven't experienced this with Pinterest, so I am sorry that I am unable to help. Thank you so much for the link-up. I hope that you and yours have a very Merry Christmas!
