IamSecond.com is the home of a bunch of peoples (a lot of famous people) testimonies. They are really well done and easy to share. They are great to post to facebook or you can use at the beginning of a Bible study or just share one with someone who might relate to one of the stories if one of the topics comes up in conversation.
While at the conference I gave each of the staff women Lori Joiners book Discipling Women. It is a great resource for women who disciple/mentor other women. You might want to check it out. She also just came out with a new book this week.
Here's a helpful tool for women's ministry groups.
10 Creative, Interactive Women's Ministry Events One of the Missional Women Contributors, Melissa Deming has a great ministry site I love, Hive Resources. She also has fantastic Pinterest boards with great missional stuff. Enjoy.
Scripture Typer Bible Memory System App.
This is my favorite app for helping to memorize Scripture and review it so you don't loose it. You can add your own topics and verses under the topic. For instance, I have a handful of verses memorized on Eternal Security, Prayer, Evangelism, God's Character etc. It's helpful to review them together so when it comes up it makes it easier to recall them all when I review them together. After you add in your own verses then it has great ways to help you memorize and review it. I can't remember how much it cost, but it wasn't more than a few dollars. If you're looking for topical verses to memorize (as well as some tips on memorizing Scripture) check out this free printable. Have you seen this video by Francis Chan? It's a great visual for helping us setting our hearts and minds on things above (Col. 3:1-2)
And along those lines, here's my favorite books that motivate me to live whole-heartedly for Jesus. It's Not About Me by Max Lucado The Finishers by Roger Hershey Radical by David Platt Have you heard of the Perspective Cards? They are survey type tool that helps you get into a deep, meaningful spiritual conversation. It helps give valuable time to listen and understand to where someone is coming from before sharing the truth with them. A biggie in our culture. (Of course that doesn't mean we don't share just because people have a felt need to be listened to. It's both, listen and share.)
Here's the website and it has a bunch of training tools and such. Here's the keynote talks from the Missional Women Conference on video. Enjoy!
